Oersted’s Law Apparatus

Oersted’s Law Apparatus is a simple device for understanding the experiment of OERSTED.
It consists of a frame that becomes conductive due to the electrical jacks available on the device’s frame.
Providing electrical current, we witness the needle movement in the middle of the chassis and confirm the existence of a magnetic field.
This demonstrates the action of an electric current on a magnet.
A cobalt steel needle with an agate bearing supported by pivot is mounted on a plastic base and surrounded by a rectangular frame fitted with terminals.
